Every item sold through Ole Honey Holeβ’ is clearly labeled by condition and availability. Because we offer new gear, Gear-Rated Verified items, used equipment, and Vista final-sale inventory, return eligibility and warranty coverage may vary.
Please review item condition, shipping timelines, and warranty notes listed on each product page before completing checkout.
Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Orders are processed within 2β3 business days.
- Most deliveries arrive within 3β7 business days after shipment.
- Orders placed after the daily processing cutoff begin processing the next business day.
- Shipping options may include flat-rate shipping or USPS carrier-calculated rates depending on the item and destination.
Item Condition Matters
Each listing identifies one of the following:
- New Retail β Standard return eligibility applies.
- Gear-Rated Verified β Inspected items that may have limited return options.
- Used Equipment β Final sale unless defective upon arrival.
- Vista Items β Discounted inventory sold as final sale.

Product Categories
Ole Honey Hole LLC sells multiple product types. Return eligibility, warranty coverage, and support may vary depending on item classification:
- New Retail Items β Brand-new products sold through the OHH store. Manufacturer warranties may apply where available.
- OHH Gear-Rated Verified Items β Items reviewed through the OHH Gear Rating process. These products may show minor handling or inspection marks and may have limited return eligibility.
- Used Equipment β Pre-owned gear offered in used condition. Unless defective upon arrival, these items are final sale.
- Vista Items β Final Sale β Discounted or clearance inventory. Vista items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every order to be clear, accurate, and aligned with the condition listed at checkout. Return eligibility applies as stated below.
Return Eligibility β New Retail Items Only
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery when items:
- Remain unworn and unwashed (apparel)
- Are in original condition
- Are in original packaging where applicable
Apparel and similar items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep pricing fair and inventory accurate, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used Equipment
- Vista Items (Final Sale)
- Custom printed or personalized products
- Digital or downloadable items
Defective or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, see our Legal Contact page within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Ole Honey Hole LLC reserves the right to inspect and verify claims.
Vista Items β Damage on Delivery
Vista items are sold as final sale. If a Vista item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:
- Photo proof of the damage
- A detailed description of what happened and the damage sustained
Use our Legal Contact page to submit your claim. Claims reported after 12 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Pricing & Transaction Policy
To maintain fairness across the platform:
- Pricing is final as listed.
- Ole Honey Hole LLC does not participate in price negotiations, wholesale resale arrangements, or off-platform transactions.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable state consumer protection laws.
