Getting Started
What is Ole Honey Hole™? We’re a fishing and outdoor brand built around seasonal intelligence, quality gear, and conservation. We offer apparel (including print-to-order items), tackle, and tools like Seasons and maps to help you plan and stay informed.
- Create an account — When accounts are available, you’ll be able to sign up from the profile icon. For now, you can shop and browse without one.
- Browse gear & shirts — Use the Shop menu: Apparel, OHH Gear & Tackle, OHH MP, and New Drops. Each section shows products you can add to cart and checkout.
- Season info — Go to Seasons to see what’s in season by state and region.
- Contact support — See the Contact Support section below for email and response times.
Orders & Shipping
Order processing time — Orders are processed in the order they’re received, usually within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after the daily cutoff may start processing the next business day.
Print-to-order (e.g. DTF shirts) — Some apparel is made to order. Those items may take a bit longer to produce before shipping. Details are on the product page when applicable.
Shipping carriers — We use carriers such as USPS (and others as noted at checkout). Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Tracking — After your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information (e.g. by email). You can use it on the carrier’s site to see delivery status.
Damaged or lost items — If something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, contact support right away with your order details and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Print-on-demand and custom items — May have limited returns due to how they’re produced. Check the product page or contact us if you’re unsure.
Damaged or incorrect items — If you receive the wrong item or something damaged, contact support with your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Time window — For eligible returns, please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery. We’ll confirm the exact process and any return instructions.

Account & Login Help
When accounts are available, you’ll be able to:
- Reset password — Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen and follow the email instructions.
- Update email — Change your email in account settings (or contact support if that option isn’t available yet).
- Delete account — Contact us to request account deletion. We’ll process it in line with our privacy policy.
Accounts are not required to shop today; you can checkout as a guest.

Marketplace & OHH Verified™
User listings — When community or marketplace listings are available, they will follow our platform rules. Listings that violate our rules may be removed.
Report issues — If you see a listing that seems suspicious or against our rules, contact support and we’ll look into it.
OHH Verified™ — Items we source, check, and sell (e.g. in OHH MP) are verified by us. “OHH Verified” means we’ve inspected and stand behind the condition/description; we are not affiliated with the original manufacturers.
